How do I care for my plants after receiving them?
After receiving your plant, give it time to acclimate. For the first 1-2 weeks, place it in an area with filtered light, away from direct sun and drafts. Water moderately, only when the top layer of soil has dried out.
Are your plants pet-safe?
Information about pet safety can be found in each plant's description. If you have concerns, please contact us before purchasing.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers.
How can I check my order status?
You can check your order status by logging into your account or clicking the link in your order confirmation email.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery time is 1-3 business days within the UK.
Do you ship plants internationally?
Currently, we don't ship plants outside the UK due to phytosanitary regulations and plant welfare concerns.
Gift Cards
How do gift cards work?
PLANT borough gift cards work as digital vouchers that can be used for any purchase in our store. After purchase, the recipient will receive a unique code to enter during checkout.
What is the expiration date for gift cards?
Our gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Can I use a gift card on sale items?
Yes, gift cards can be used on all products in our store, including items on sale.
Can I use part of my gift card value?
Yes, if your order value is less than your gift card value, the remaining amount will be stored on your account for future purchases.
What happens if my order exceeds the gift card value?
If your order value exceeds your gift card value, you can pay the difference using another payment method.
How can I check my gift card balance?

Can I return a gift card?
According to our policy, gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Can I send a gift card directly to the recipient?
Yes, during the gift card purchase process, you can provide the recipient's email address, and we'll send the gift card directly to them along with your personal message.
Can I personalize a gift card?
During the gift card purchase, you can add a personal message that will be sent along with the gift card.
What should I do if I lose my gift card code?
If you lose your gift card code, please contact us via email: hello@plantborough.com. After verifying your purchase, we'll help you recover the code.
